Q. How do I set up e-mail accounts?
A. You can set up an up and monitor your e-mail accounts by using your web site control panel, or we will do it for you at no extra charge.
Q. Can I have web mail?
A. Of course. You can access your e-mail, through the Jamison web mail system, at any time. You have a choice of two server based web mail clients (programs); Horde or Squirrel Mail.
Q. What about FTP services?
A. You may have multiple FTP (file transfer protocol) addresses. They are set up by using the control panel
or we will do it for you at no charge. When you sign up for Jamison Custom Web Hosting, we will send you complete FTP instructions so you can upload your web site to our servers, or we will do it for you at no extra charge.
Q. I have a web site developed in Front Page. Will it work on your server?
A. Yes. All our servers have Front Page extensions, so web sites designed in Front Page will work normally on our servers. There is no extra charge for this service.
Q. Can I have sub domains?
A. Yes. There is no limit to the number of sub domains.
Q. Can any type of web site use your services?
A. No. We are selective about the sites we select. We review all web sites for content prior to acceptance. We only do business with legitimate businesses that operate in a professional manner.
Q. Can I have a shopping cart on your web site?
A. Yes. Shopping carts are compatible with our servers. You can use a packaged shopping cart or have us develop one exclusively for your web site. There is also a free Agora brand shopping cart that comes as part of your Control Panel. However, your web hosting fee does not include support of your free Agora brand Control Panel shopping cart.
Q. Do you have web site statistics?
A. Absolutely. You have your choice of several web statistics programs that give you a detailed analysis of everyone who visits your web site. Web statistics are accessed through the Control Panel. Separate Web Stastics are available for Sub Domains.
Q. Can my web site have a data base?
A. Yes. We use MYSQL which is a web standard data base.

A. Jamison Web Design involves an detailed analysis and understanding of your business, combined with a web design to fit both the client's marketing goal's and their business personality. Our goal is to develop and design an attractive, eye catching web site that will provide valuable information about your business to your clients and prospects and help sell them your products and services. We use the latest versions of several sophisticated software programs including Adobe's Illustrator and Photoshop and Macromedia's Dreamweaver and Flash to design our clients' web sites. While we are knowledgeable of several programming languages, we usually use php with a MySQL data base.
