Q. How is Jamison Web Design different from Web Site Tonight?
A. Jamison Web Design is for client's who require a more sophisticated web site to meet their business requirements or simply want someone else to deign their web site. Many clients begin with Web Site Tonight and upgrade to Jamison Web Design.

Q. Can I upgrade to Jamison Web Design?
A. While Web Site Tonight is very inexpensive and perfect for a basic beginning web site, it, like all template driven sites does have limitations. Many clients begin with Web Site Tonight and upgrade to Jamison Web Design. All clients who upgrade to Jamison Web Design within 6 months receive full credit for their Web Site Tonight monthly charges.

Q. What happens during the Jamison Web Design site development process?
A. Everyone interested in Jamison Web Design receives a free, no obligation consultation from one of our web design specialists. They then receive a written (e-mail) scope of work proposal with a guaranteed not to exceed price. If the proposal is accepted the web site is designed on one of our preflight servers so the client can look at the process every step of the way. Once the client is completely satisfied, the site is moved to the regular server and "goes live".

Q. What about changes?
A. Changes are part of every design project and, within the scope of work, are part of the price. Normal changes include, copy edits, basic design and color changes, different pictures and other adjustments. If a change is determined to be outside the original scope of work, like adding a new section to the site, another guaranteed, not to exceed proposal is submitted to the client for approval.

Q. Can you include an on-line store and shopping cart in my web site?
A. Yes! Jamison Web Design Clients have a choice between our stock shopping cart or a custom shopping cart built expressly for their individual requirements.

Q. What if I want to change my web site content on a regular basis.
A. Jamison Web Works clients have several choices. Changes can be made on an as needed basis. Client's can set up a maintenance agreement for changes over a period of time for a set monthly or quarterly fee. Customers can purchase on or the Jamison Web Works Interactive Web Tools and make the changes themselves. Q. Can I see my web site as it is being developed?
A. All Jamison Web Design sites are developed on our preflight servers. Each client receives a special link to their site so they can watch, and comment on, the development process.

Q. What is a free, no obligation, consultation?
A. No web site can be developed without understanding its actual purpose and the clients actual goals and objectives. We spend time talking with everyone interested in our services. We ask question and offer advice about how to present your web site to your specific audience. If, after our conversation, there is still interest, we will e-mail a proposal with a guaranteed, not to exceed project price. Even if we don't do business, we hope to have shared some ideas that help your business become even more successful.

Q. How long does it take to build a web site?
A. It depends on the web site. Building a web site, including the client approval process can take from a few days to a few weeks. The more complex the project, the longer the development time. All Jamison Web Design proposals contain an expected completion date.
